THE MALYA WAY OF IMPACT
Built in the Territory. Grounded in Community.
Malya is an Aboriginal-led advisory practice based in Darwin on Larrakia Country. We work alongside ACCOs, government, community organisations and not-for-profits to deliver practical, culturally informed solutions that create lasting impact.
We understand that every community, organisation and project is different. Good advice starts with listening, understanding local context and working with the people who will carry the work forward.
OUR PURPOSE
We work to ensure Aboriginal voices, cultural knowledge and community authority are recognised as valuable evidence and a legitimate foundation for decision-making, governance and service design.
We believe communities should shape the decisions that affect them, and that cultural knowledge should be valued alongside other forms of evidence.
